Opportunity:Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and
comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the
tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week
internship program develops early career professionals by providing
interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional
networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that
directly impact the business. The Sephora internship program is
also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the
cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job
training in each of three Business Units - Supply Chain, Marketing,
and Merchandising, over the course of nine months. LEAP prepares
successfully performing trainees for a full-time, entry-level role
in one of the three Business Units. Interns are invited to apply to
LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship.PROGRAM DETAILS:An
inclusive and engaging experience that develops technical and
professional skills through weekly virtual workshops, networking
opportunities, and career panels that provide exposure to Sephora's
career growth opportunities.2025 PROGRAM DATES:
- June 2 - August 15, 2025
- Working hours: 36hrs/week. Monday - Friday, PST
- June 16 - 19: On-Site Week in San Francisco at headquarters
office
- June 30 - July 4: Week off for vacationYOUR ROLE AT
SEPHORA...As the Summer Intern, Operational Excellence - Process
Optimization & Change Management, you will join Sephora's
Operational Excellence (OE) team and gain hands-on experience in
driving process optimization and change management across multiple
functions. You will provide support in three key service areas of
the OE team: Culture & Education, Advisory, and Execution. This
role will give you exposure to cross-functional projects, enhancing
Sephora's culture of continuous improvement through process
optimization and change management initiatives.WHAT YOU WILL
ACCOMPLISH:Key Responsibilities:
- Culture & Education:
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs on
Process Improvement and Change Management best practices.
- Support the creation of materials and workshops that promote a
culture of Operational Excellence across the organization.
- Collaborate with teams to implement OE strategies that enhance
employee engagement and performance.
- Provide guidance and support to business-led optimization
efforts, offering insights on improving efficiency and implementing
change.
- Partner with teams across departments to analyze business
processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide
recommendations.
- Assist in building toolkits and frameworks that help teams
drive operational improvements.
- Execution:
- Contribute to the design and execution of strategic OE
projects, supporting the delivery of critical initiatives across
Sephora.
- Assist in project management activities, including timelines,
milestones, and resource coordination.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the
successful execution of process optimization and change management
initiatives.

EXPERIENCE:
- Strong interest in Process Improvement and Change
Management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical
skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage
multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and
collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint).
- Experience with communication and collaboration tools such as
Canva, Mentimeter, Virtual White Boards, Video design.ELIGIBILITY
REQUIREMENTS:
- Remote program - work schedule must align with Pacific Standard
Time.
- Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
- Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon
graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions.
- Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San
Francisco, CA.The target hourly pay for this position is $23.00 -
$23.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety
of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual
applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant
experience; specific and unique skills; level of education
attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other
legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the
position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives
