Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Own strategic direction and implementation of the loyalty
program
Develop a B2C CRM strategy to engage shoppers across the
portfolio
Design and drive a unique loyalty program to enhance customer
engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
10+ years of CRM or Loyalty marketing experience
Deep-rooted experience with customer engagement platforms and data
management
5+ years of experience in leading and developing high-performing
teams
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Experience working with product, engineering, and data analytics
teams
