in weekly taxable income-$26.00/hr-$31.00/hr*Estimate assumes an 8

seasonal/annual adjustmentsThis 90-bed facility provides skilled
nursing, medical, and rehabilitative care for patients requiring
post-hospital short stays and for longer-term residents. The
clinical teams at this facility are focused on implementing
personalized care that facilitates patient recovery and well-being.

include hospice care, dementia care, occupational therapy, physical
