PizanoLaw, P.C. is seeking to hire a full-time Associate Immigration Attorney. We are a small, but growing, removal defense/family immigration firm located in San Jose, California. Our mission is to provide compassionate representation and prevent the separation of families. Candidates for the position are expected to share our mission.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of immigration law experience.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet with potential clients for strategic immigration consultations and determine necessary strategy;
• Provide legal analysis to determine any possible case benefits;
• Conduct legal research;
• Explain immigration concepts and present case strategy to monolingual Spanish-speaking potential clients;
• Work collaboratively with managing attorney and staff;
• Supervise and manage the Intake Department.Requirements:
• Juris Doctorate degree and active bar admission in any state;
• Minimum of 3-5 years of immigration law experience is required;
• Strong legal writing;
• Ability to manage deadlines;
• Interest and passion for immigration law;
• Spanish and English fluency is required.Pay:$130,000 to $150,000 annuallyBenefits:
