We're looking for a Talent Solutions Consultant (aka The Talent
Architect) to provide clients with innovative, data-driven talent
solutions that drive success.Imagine being the go-to advisor for
companies looking to build their workforce. As the Talent Solutions
Consultant at our client, you'll work directly with clients to
assess their talent needs, design tailored recruitment solutions,
and ensure they have access to the best candidates. This role is
not just about filling positions-it's about creating long-term
talent strategies that fuel growth and innovation.Key
Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation and Talent Strategy Development: Partner
with clients to understand their business objectives, workforce
challenges, and hiring needs. Conduct in-depth consultations to
identify talent gaps and develop comprehensive recruitment
strategies that align with their goals.
- Customized Talent Solutions: Design and deliver tailored talent
solutions, including direct hire, contract staffing, and talent
pipeline development. Use a data-driven approach to recommend the
best sourcing, recruitment, and hiring practices to meet each
client's specific needs.
- Workforce Planning and Forecasting: Assist clients with
workforce planning, helping them anticipate future talent needs and
develop proactive recruitment strategies. Collaborate with
leadership teams to ensure that staffing plans support long-term
business growth.
- Market Insights and Competitive Analysis: Provide clients with
market intelligence, including industry trends, salary
benchmarking, and competitive hiring practices. Help clients stay
ahead in the talent market by offering insights that enable them to
make informed hiring decisions.
- End-to-End Recruitment Solutions: Oversee the entire
recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and assessment to
offer negotiation and onboarding. Ensure that all recruitment
efforts are aligned with client expectations and deliver
high-quality candidates efficiently.
- Relationship Management and Client Support: Serve as the
primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong
relationships and ensuring exceptional service. Provide ongoing
support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and make
adjustments as needed to talent strategies.
- Talent Metrics and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics
such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention rates. Provide
clients with detailed reports and recommendations for optimizing
their talent acquisition processes.Requirements:Required

- Talent Acquisition Expertise: Strong understanding of
recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and talent management.
Skilled at designing customized staffing solutions that align with
business goals and market trends.
- Consultative Approach: Proven ability to conduct in-depth
consultations with clients, identify talent gaps, and recommend
tailored solutions. Excel at building trust and positioning
yourself as a strategic advisor.
- Workforce Planning: Experience in helping clients develop
proactive workforce plans, including forecasting talent needs and
identifying recruitment challenges. Skilled at aligning staffing
strategies with long-term business objectives.
- Market and Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of talent
market trends, competitive hiring practices, and salary
benchmarking. Able to provide clients with data-driven insights
that guide their recruitment decisions.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the
ability to manage multiple client accounts and ensure that
recruitment efforts are delivered on time and within scope.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with
clients, internal teams, and candidates. A natural collaborator who
can bridge the gap between client needs and recruitment
efforts.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related
field. Equivalent experience with a proven track record in

(e.g., SHRM, AIRS) are a plus.Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
consulting, with a focus on delivering tailored staffing solutions
for a variety of industries.
- Proven success in managing client relationships, delivering
consultative talent solutions, and developing recruitment
strategies that drive business success.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and
recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and optimize the
