Must be located in the SF bay area, this is a hybrid
position.Position Summary: Wonderschool is harnessing the power of
technology to provide comprehensive support to child care providers
operating out of their homes as well as in the government and
non-profit sectors. Our products enable child care providers to
create high-quality environments and meet the demands of their
business, while also helping parents in need of childcare solutions
through the creation of an accessible marketplace.Wonderschool is
hiring an Account Executive for Employer Sales. We are seeking a
passionate and mission-driven sales individual who is excited about
building partnerships with Employers to help them offer world-class
childcare benefits to their workforce. We are looking for someone
to help build the foundation for how we capitalize on this market
and create excitement around employer-sponsored childcare
benefits.Responsibilities:
- Sales Cycle Mastery: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial
outreach and prospecting to presentation and deal closing.
- Relationship Building: Become a trusted advisor and develop
strong relationships with key decision-makers at employers,
understanding their specific needs and concerns.
- Achieve & Exceed: Consistently achieve (and aim to exceed)
monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Refine and build an internal sales process: Continuously
evaluate the efficacy of our process and drive operational
improvements.Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years enterprise sales experience
- Demonstrable track record meeting or exceeding sales
targets.
- Executive presence and high level of professionalism, with the
ability to pitch to both C-level executives and to their benefit
departments.
- Strategic Vision: The ability to see the bigger picture,
understanding not just the 'what' but the 'why' behind our mission,
and translating that into sales strategies.
- Driven Mindset: A proven history of going above and beyond,
whether in sales achievements, relationship-building, or
problem-solving. Your persistence is legendary.
- Familiarity with HR departments, including their budget cycles
and decision-making processes.
- History of prospecting and architecting successful outbound
campaigns.
- Exceptional communicator, including pitching via a live product
demo.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external
departments to achieve goals.
- Scrappiness; a solution-oriented go-getter who can think out of
the box.
- Previous startup experience strongly preferred.What We
Offer:Wonderschool provides the wage ranges it reasonably and in
good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise
required by applicable law. The base pay for this role is $120,000
with an expected OTE of $240,000 annually. Actual compensation may
vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors
including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, and specific
geographic location.Additionally, Wonderschool offers a competitive
