helping us achieve this vision. As a member of our Sales Leadership
team, you'll play a key role in defining our Sales strategy,
executing against our pipeline goals to drive strong customer and
revenue acquisition, and building a world-class talent incubator

planning and development
- Enthusiasm for coaching sales fundamentals
- Experience building career development programs for high
performing individual contributors
- Experience with funnel management across multiple channels
- Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms and interest in
financial services products$127,764.00 - $236,628.00 per yearTarget
base salary for this role is between $127,764 and $236,628 per
year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or
commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a
comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and
401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope
and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience
and skillset, and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change
